Hidden Manor is a community like no other located at the SW corner of 75th Ave. and Union Hills Dr. in Glendale, Arizona.   Our subdivision was started in the 1970s and has grown and expanded over the years along with the City of Glendale.

Ours is a friendly neighborhood consisting of large 1/2 ± acre lots with custom homes. Neighborhood residents enjoy stopping to talk with neighbors while walking or riding bikes in the evenings. There is a  residential playgroup organized where parents with young children can meet and exchange ideas.  

This Web site was established by the Board of Directors of the Hidden Manor Homeowners’ Association as a method to give our residents a venue for accessing community information, including notices for social events, Block Watch meetings, Board meetings. Our community calendar will list dates, times and upcoming events.  The Web site also enables our residents to easily download and access copies of governance documents, Board Minutes and financial reports.  

The Hidden Manor Homeowners’ Association is a volunteer organization designed to maintain our property values, keep our neighborhood a place we can all take pride in and help each other with the issues of home ownership.
